Preparation of feasibility study, hydrologic analysis, environmental documents, civil design and permits for the construction of an alternate road to alleviate local traffic during peak hours providing an alternative access to Guaynabo City. The project also included the development of additional areas for parking and improvements to the existing Alejandrino Road.
