BARRANQUITAS SOUTH BYPASS

TRCE prepared a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and NEPA-compliant Environmental Assessment (EA) to improve mobility between the eastern and southern sectors of the Barranquitas urban area.
The EA included technical studies covering archaeology, forest inventory, jurisdictional waters, wildlife and endangered species, traffic and energy use projections, hydrology and hydraulics, noise impacts, topographic surveys, conceptual design, and capital cost analysis.
