At TRCE, we have extensive experience in the development and design of major infrastructure projects for potable water systems, river restoration, flood control, erosion control, and dams. Our personnel have developed water infrastructure projects in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, and Africa, and have participated in flood control and dam projects in Puerto Rico, Honduras, Argentina, and Haiti.
TRCE develops and manages the monitoring program for all dams owned by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) and serves as a consultant to PRASA in all aspects related to its dams.
