COMBATE EAST VILLAS AND HOTEL
MASTER PLANNING
TRCE prepared the master plan and Environmental Assessment for the Combate East Villas and Hotel project in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. The firm coordinated the project with multiple government agencies, including the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board, Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Municipality of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. TRCE also prepared the Land Consultation permit for the project.
The development consists of a condo-hotel including a 15-room boutique hotel, 133 villas, and associated on-site and off-site infrastructure. The project also includes convenience stores, restaurants, a swimming pool with recreational areas, and related amenities.
