COMBATE EAST VILLAS AND HOTEL

TRCE worked the master plan, prepared the Environmental Assessment and coordinated the project with government agencies including Puerto Rico Electrical Power Authority, Puerto Rico  Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, Puerto Rico  Telecommunications Regulatory Board, Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Municipality of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. TRCE prepared the Land Consultation permit for the project.  The project consists of the construction of a condo-hotel in Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico. The project includes a 15 guestrooms boutique hotel, 133 villas and the associated infrastructure (in-site and off-site). The development also includes convenience stores, restaurants,  swimming pool with recreational area, as well as all other amenities.
