Building Energy Audit

 TRCE performed a Level II Energy Audit for Energy Efficiency Retrofit Projects under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Government Energy Program (GEP) for the Treasury Department (Hacienda) Building, the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) Building, and the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) Building.

The energy audits were conducted to identify the distribution and quantity of energy consumption within each building and to provide recommendations for Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), including initial costs, estimated energy savings, and payback periods.
