PRASA DAM MONITORING PROGRAM
TRCE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING PRASA WITH DAM MONITORING SERVICE AND CONSULTING FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS
TRCE developed and implements the monitoring program for PRASA dams in accordance with regulatory agency standards and requirements. Major responsibilities include inspection of concrete and earthen dams; installation and surveying of displacement and settlement monuments; installation and monitoring of piezometers; execution of dam break and stability studies; and representation of the client before regulatory agencies.
Dams included in the program are Carraízo, Fajardo, Cidra, Las Curías, Río Blanco, La Plata, Toa Vaca, and Lago Regulador de Isabela.
